Adding a Networked Printer to your Classroom or Personal PC


Note: these instructions do not apply to Macs or to stand alone printers. These directions are only for adding networked printers or xerox machines to PCs.


1. On your computer's desktop, double-click the "BHSPrint" icon. If there is no icon, go to "Start" and enter "\\bhsprint".

2. A window with all campus networked printers will display.

3. Double click the icon of the printer you would like to add - there may be a long wait while it downloads drivers but it will work.

4. Double click a second printer to add more.
